March 6th Announcement Speech & Officially Filing for the 82nd

On Monday, February 25, I drove over to Jefferson City to officially file as a candidate in the 82nd District.  As I walked around the rotunda of the Capitol, I was overwhelmed by the history of the building and the legacy of the men and women who have helped shape our great state.  Serving our families and community would mean a lot to me, and I'm excited about the opportunities we have to make our state an even better place to live and raise our children.

Speaker Rod Jetton and Majority Floor Leader Steve Tilley organized a day of activities for Republican candidates:   my fellow candidates and I filed at 8 a.m., had group photos taken on the Capitol steps, attended candidate training seminars and had lunch at the Missouri Chamber of Commerce.  It was an inspiring day, and I pledge to work hard to get elected on November 4.

I'm kicking off my campaign on Thursday, March 6 with a fundraising event at the Bristol Seafood Grill in Creve Couer from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.  Tickets range from $25 to $325, and I hope you can join me that evening.  You may call Scott Steele at 636-947-4911 for more information and to RSVP or email tfrank2@earthlink.net.  I hope to see you there!
